　　鲁丽集团钢厂建有炼钢、轧钢两条生产线，年生产能力120万砘，主要产品有螺纹钢、圆钢等建筑用钢材，是潍坊市及周边地区唯一取证的螺纹钢生产厂家，被山东省技术监督局确认为免检产品。
　　鲁丽木业有限公司是2000年新上项目，总投资4000万元，该项目全部采用国际最先进设备，实行计算机自动化生产，主导产品为装修、家具、建筑用板材、指接材、木地板等，年产各类板材5万立方米，产品用途非常广泛，市场潜力巨大。该项目是我国长江以北最大的实木板材项目。
　　鲁丽集团进出口公司主要负责企业生产所需原材料的进口和产品出口任务，并负责原木的进出口业务，年进口各类木材6万立方米，出口产品3万立方米，进出口贸易总额2000多万美元。
